The endeavor is to sensitize women, provide them voice and inspire them to perform their roles effectively and meaningfully. Gender equity is conceded as an important input in nation’s development. Disparity in the lack of participation of women in employment and decision making has been cognized as major challenges by United Nation Development Program. She the Change movement would act as a catalyst for women to be more aware, play an active role and be an architect of change. The effort would be on capacity building in their journey of self-discovery. Transformational workshops coupled with coaching and mentoring exercises are planned to achieve desired results.
Agilo Foundation has always believed in women power and therefore it has always tried to make women a part of the team and we are proud to say that 80% of Agilo’s staff consists of women.
