Agilo Foundation proudly presents “She the Change – Voice of the Law”, a flagship project dedicated to empowering women and girls across India. This initiative focuses on skill development, legal awareness, and capacity building, helping women become confident, self-reliant, and active contributors to society.
Project Objectives
Empower Women and Girls: Provide free skill development programs and mentorship to enhance personal and professional growth.
Raise Legal Awareness: Educate women on their rights under the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace Act, 2013 and Domestic Violence laws, enabling them to respond effectively in challenging situations.
Promote Gender Equality: Advocate for equal opportunities in employment, decision-making, and social participation.
Build Confidence and Leadership: Equip women to be leaders, change-makers, and architects of social progress.
Key Activities
1. Workshops on Sexual Harassment at Workplace
Conducted under the guidance of Ministry of Women & Child Development, Government of India.
Sessions held at corporate offices, government organizations, banks, and skill centres.
Focus areas:
Understanding legal provisions of the Sexual Harassment Act, 2013
Importance of complaint committees in organizations
Safety measures and employee rights
Led by Advocate R.S. Rai (LLB) and Mr. Vijay Mudgal (M.Com, LLB).
2. Workshops on Domestic Violence
Conducted in collaboration with the Delhi Legal Services Authority.
Empower women to voice abuse and access their legal rights.
Guided by Advocate Leela Singh and Advocate R.S. Rai, focusing on rights under the Indian Constitution.
3. Skill Development and Capacity Building
Transformational workshops, coaching, and mentoring programs for personal growth.
Encourage women to discover strengths, enhance employability, and achieve self-reliance.
Promote participation in social, economic, and community development.
Impact and Outcomes
Women gain awareness, confidence, and practical knowledge to navigate workplace and personal challenges.
Increased participation of women in leadership, employment, and community initiatives.
